Quality Management
Alameda & Contra Costa Counties
The focus of Quality Management is to identify what is happening in a system, and determining the effectiveness and efficiency of its delivery model. Essentially it tells the story of what is, what isnt and what needs to be. The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006, placed expectations on programs to evaluate progress, determine unmet need and ensure service delivery is consistent with most recent Public Health Recommendations.
There are a variety of reports that tell the story of the Oakland TGA and its plight of eradicating HIV in the region. Click on a report below to access a PDF or other Data File.
